When you visit the website www.botanische-kunst.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. If you have any questions, you can contact us using the form provided on the website. You must provide a valid email address so that we know who the inquiry is from and can respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO on the basis of your voluntary consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed.

3. Data transfer

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • You have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO

  • the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data

  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, and

  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.

4. Cookies

No personaliced tracking cookies are used on the website www.botanische-kunst.de. When you visit the website, only a session cookie is set, which does not contain any personal data. This cookie is automatically deleted when you leave the website.

  • pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to have it deleted and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO;

  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our law firm's registered office for this purpose.

6. right of objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without you having to specify a particular situation.

When you visit our website, we use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser.
